We want you to love Aurathon. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay and refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your request within 48 hours of your initial subscription payment. This applies to both Aura+ and Iconic plans, whether on monthly or yearly billing.
After 48 hours from the initial payment, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed by Razorpay to your original payment method:
Razorpay may take up to 7 business days to credit the refund to your account, depending on your bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription & Billing. On cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.
