1. Our Commitment

We want you to love Aurathon. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay and refunds are issued to your original payment method.

2. Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your request within 48 hours of your initial subscription payment. This applies to both Aura+ and Iconic plans, whether on monthly or yearly billing.

After 48 hours from the initial payment, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

The following situations are eligible for a refund:

  • You subscribed within the last 48 hours and have not extensively used the premium features.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error.
  • You were double-charged for the same subscription period.
  • A payment was processed after your refund request was already submitted.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made more than 48 hours after the initial payment.
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions (cancel before renewal to avoid future charges).
  • Partial months or unused days of a billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

Subject: Aurathon Billing - Refund Request

Please include in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of payment
  • Your Razorpay order ID (if available)
  • Reason for your refund request

We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Razorpay to your original payment method:

  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Debit / Credit card: 5–7 business days
  • Net banking: 3–5 business days

Razorpay may take up to 7 business days to credit the refund to your account, depending on your bank.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription & Billing. On cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.
